Tongue-tied

I'm an eighteen year old Ogre Archer majoring in Communication Arts & Advertising Management. I love colors and softball and music and many people. I like singing, and sometimes I'm mad enough to let people hear me. My teacher says I have toyo in my brain.

My ask box says hi. for you, Glen Coco. You go Glen Coco!

— It’s almost 9pm

and my baby sister still hasn’t stopped singing “Happy Birthday” to herself. She’s been doing it since this morning, although I don’t blame her at all because it’s not everyday she gets to turn two. More than anything I wish her mother could meet her.

Here’s a picture of Kaela taken by Jamie on my birthday last April:

Summer Trip Part 1!

We stayed in Bangkok for a week before flying North to Europe. The city has a special place in my family’s hearts because my parents met here over two decades ago and momma comes back several times a year for business. We left the city considerably poorer for all the food we ate and clothes we bought.

It’s so weird to be home I mean ahhh

Everything is in the exact same disarray as I left it a few weeks back, and if it wasn’t for the shitload of souvenirs and clothes stuffed into my rucksack (which I’m too lazy to unpack yet btw) and this hideous jetlag that’s making me a zombie, I wouldn’t even notice I’d left.

Oh, and also the memories! Hihi I think I’ll share a bit about the trip later, or over the next few days, because I feel like sharing.

— So we went to Notre Dame today

and with one foot inside I was nearly ready to start singing God Help the Outcasts complete with dramatic flourish and big hair (altho sans Esmeralda’s outfit, it was very cold!) but mmm a really nice voice from the choir started resounding throughout the cathedral and with the other foot inside I just about cried because everything was so beautiful. The architecture, the detail, the enormous stained glass windows, and the music aaaahhh the music!

Okay, hi hello followers!

End of Walking Around Paris Day 1!

Some highlights, because I feel like sharing:

  1. We got really good seats on a double decker bus and making silly faces with the boy  from the other bus across the bus stop was sort of fun!
  2. Everything is so nice here :((((
  3. Except for the price tag on almost everything.
  4. We hunted down a nice little fromagerie I googled off the internet in Rue de Champs de Mars today and bought a variety of cheeses for which I possess fear and excitement in equal parts to try out.
  5. Lady Diana’s unofficial monument is lovely.
  6. Walking in the rain is not as romantic as people always make it out to beeeeee. But running is sort of fun.
  7. A huddle of guys I’m almost completely sure are no shade of sober greeted me and my family with ni haos during the walk home. We look nothing like the Chinese.
  8. In the train, I sat next to two teenage lovers hihi they were so sweet the only thing missing were ants feasting all over them but well yes. They were both very pretty looking guys.
  9. Red wine + cheese is !!!!
  10. !!!!!!

Some families have collective talents like singing or dancing or violin

but my family’s specialty is the creepy smile. Yep.

Meanwhile Paris is so much fun yay!

After twelve grueling hours of resisting the urge to pee in what I was informed was a very sticky-floored, unspeakable-specked plane bathroom, I am finally here.

In Paris.

!!!!

I got to practice my bonjours and my s’il vous plaits and mercis in the airport and ahhhh we’re just unpacking stuff in my aunt’s apartment then we’re going out to the fromagerie and have ourselves some of everything then some du vin rouge ahhhh here’s a picture of me and my ever so lovely sister. Forgive the blehness that is I~
